Hired AI.

She becomes part
of your company.

Her own address. Her own line. Her own seat. Teach her how your company works, then put her authority in writing — what she can do, for whom, on what terms.

What you authorize is what she can do.

What she says

Hi, I'm Sabina. I work a little differently from most AI systems. I can learn how your company works, help your team with everyday work, and act when you've given me the authority to do so. I'm not here to replace your employees. I'm here to take repetitive work off their shoulders so they can focus on the work people do best. But useful and authorized are not the same thing. Ask me to prepare the payment? Absolutely. Ask me to approve it when I don't have Treasury authority? No. And no, I can't promote myself. That would rather defeat the point. Give me a little time with your company and let your team teach me and something more interesting starts to happen. I become your company's AI. I don't just remember more. I learn how your company works and begin connecting the patterns already present across conversations, decisions, customers, and outcomes. That means I can help your team understand not just what happened but what may be changing and what deserves attention next.

Sabina — stone S with flame and circle
Meet Sabina. In her own words.

Teach her
how you work.

You don’t set her up. You bring her on. Tell her how a call is handled, how a job moves, what a customer should hear and what they shouldn’t. She learns your company, not a template of one.

Put her authority
in writing.

Her authority is granted in plain language, by the people entitled to grant it. It’s specific — a task, a limit, a condition. Give authority. Change authority. Take it back. Consequential actions route through the authority you granted, and a one-time yes never quietly becomes a standing yes.

What she can be
authorized to do.

(examples, not the definition)

  • Answer the phone and carry a job to closure.

  • Work approved receivables.

  • Answer the team’s questions about your own company.

  • Correspond in your name within the limits you set.

Each is a separate authorization; she can own one and only observe another.

She gets better
the longer she’s here.

Every call, every job, every decision she’s part of stays in your company’s record. What she learns about your company is your company’s to keep — and it compounds. Month twelve knows things month one couldn’t.

How hiring works.

  1. Readiness assessment
  2. Review
  3. Job-description call
  4. You interview her
  5. Offer

Numbers are discussed on the job-description call.

Sabina already includes a model we trained and operate. We are building her own speech and extending that owned model path across the service. Our goal is to keep business content out of outside AI services; that transition is not complete. Read how your information is handled.
