The ones people actually ask, answered in the first sentence.

• What is Sabina?

  Sabina is your company's custom AI: a dedicated company AI system shaped around your knowledge, work and written authority. Hire her into your business, with a record you control. She is hired into your business with her own email address and phone line, and you define her job and permissions.

• Does she just answer the phone?

  No. Answering is one part of the job, not the job. Sabina holds a seat: she works your email and your phone, she carries written authority for specific capabilities, and all she does is written to a record of your business that gets more useful the longer she works.

• Does she act on her own?

  Only where you have granted her the authority to. Authority is granted in writing against a specific capability, and it is revoked the same way.

• What if I only want her to watch at first?

  That is the normal way to start. Watch-only is a full disposition, not a trial mode, and many capabilities stay there permanently.

• Can she act outside what I have authorized?

  Authority is granted in writing, each action is recorded against the grant it was taken under, and approving something once does not create standing authority. You can audit any action against the authority that covered it.

• Whose model does she run on?

  Sabina already includes a model we trained and operate. We are building her own speech and extending that owned model path across the service. Our goal is to keep business content out of outside AI services; that transition is not complete. As of 6 September 2026, the production voice worker’s settings point to local transcription and our trained reasoning model on rented infrastructure. Transcription and reasoning are separate components. External AI services still handle speech synthesis, message reasoning, and analysis after the call ends on current paths. Removing those dependencies is unfinished migration work, not the intended product architecture. Do not treat the service as outside-AI-free today.

• Is my data used to train AI for other companies?

  We do not use your business data to train a model sold to anyone else, hand your record to another customer, or sell it. That describes what we do. While external processing remains, third-party data use and retention are governed by the applicable agreements, not guaranteed by this statement. Tenant-scoped access control governs your record; it does not govern the path a conversation takes.

• What happens to what she learned if we leave?

  By design, your contribution comes out: removed from what has been learned, with a written attestation that it was removed. That is the design, stated as design. Removal triggered by your leaving is specified and filed; it is not running in production today, and we say so here rather than let you find out later. What is deliverable today is narrower: deletion of your record, as described on the custody page and in the agreement.

• What does she need to get started?

  An address at your domain, a phone line, and access to the work you want her in. Her first week is where her first capabilities, and the authority attached to each, are written down.

• How long before she is useful?

  She works the first week. She is genuinely valuable around the second month, when she knows enough about your company to raise things nobody asked her to look at.

• What does she cost?

  There is no number on this site, deliberately. Price and terms are disclosed in the formal job-description call — the fourth of five hiring stages — before you decide. The reason is printed on the hiring page in her own words.

• Is there a form to fill in?

  Start with the readiness assessment on this site: nine questions, under five minutes. Your full result is shown before you give contact details. When you are ready, request an interview from the same assessment. There is no second application.

• Is a founding seat a discount?

  No. It is an exchange, stated in full in the offer: what a founding partner gives, and what they hold — including the founding rate, locked for as long as you hold the seat. Nothing is marked down and no percentage is involved.

• Who has hired her?

  The founding seats are tracked by count, not by name, until an arrangement is live. One is signed and two more are spoken for. The signed seat is not yet live; Sabina is not yet onboarded there. Seven remain unclaimed. The hiring page keeps this count current.

• Who is behind her?

  Dominus Foundry LLC. Sabina is patent pending: non-provisional application 19/791,511, filed 30 August 2026, with 19 provisional applications on file since March 2026. Nothing is issued.
