Privacy notice
Privacy notice for visitors.
What we collect when you visit this site, take the assessment or talk with Sabina, and what you can ask us to do with it. Effective 12 October 2026.
Who we are
This site is run by Dominus Foundry LLC (“Foundry”, “we”). This notice covers people who visit hiresabina.ai, complete the assessment, book a meeting, join the waitlist or talk with Sabina here. If your company has hired Sabina, how we handle your company’s data is on the Trust page and in your agreement.
What we collect
The assessment (/evaluate). Your answers: type of business, team size, revenue range, call volume, what isn’t working, and the figures you enter. If you give your website, we look at its public pages to prepare for the conversation. If you choose to save the result: your name, business name, email and, if you give it, your phone number. Your IP address reaches our servers with what you send.
Booking a meeting. The time you choose and the email address you confirm. The invitation goes to you and to Foundry.
The chat with Sabina. What you type, and, on /evaluate, a summary of your assessment (company name you typed, business type, what isn’t working, the areas flagged and the report figures). Your name, email, phone and website are not sent to the chat. Sabina answers from Foundry’s own model on systems Foundry operates; no outside AI provider receives your messages.
The waitlist. Your email address, your browser’s user agent, the page you came from, and a one-way hash of your IP address.
On your device. While a tab is open we keep your session key, the name, business name and email you typed, and a meeting pass in that tab’s session storage, which your browser clears when the tab closes. We store your light or dark theme and your analytics choice on your browser. Customers who sign in get a sign-in cookie.
Analytics, only if you allow it. Pages viewed, the page you came from (without its query string), and the standard device and browser information these services collect. Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics receive each page’s address without its query string or anything after the #; LinkedIn’s Insight Tag reads the full address from your browser, including both.
Why we use it
To work out your assessment, to follow up about hiring Sabina, to arrange and hold the meeting you book, to answer you in the chat, to tell you when there is news if you joined the waitlist, to keep the site secure and working, and, if you allow analytics, to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell your personal information. The only advertising-related tool on this site is LinkedIn’s Insight Tag, and it loads only if you allow analytics.
Who receives it
Foundry’s own systems, which store your assessment, booking and chat, and send Foundry an internal notice when you save a result.
Service providers that run this site for us: our hosting provider, which keeps the site’s server logs, and our database provider, which stores waitlist entries.
Google Workspace: Sabina’s mailbox and calendar send and hold the meeting invitation and the internal notice.
Google or Microsoft, only if you sign in with them.
Only if you allow analytics: Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, and LinkedIn’s Insight Tag, which LinkedIn uses to measure visits from its ads and to build ad audiences.
How long we keep it
Chat history is not kept with your lead record. The chat service holds a conversation in memory while it is in use and drops it after a short period of inactivity.
Saved assessments, bookings, waitlist entries and the contact details that come with them are kept while the hiring conversation with your company is active. We have not set a fixed deletion date. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will.
Analytics data is kept under the retention settings of each analytics service.
Your choices and rights
Email mark@dominusfoundry.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice of no analytics, even if you allowed analytics before: no analytics tag is loaded, nothing is sent, and you are not asked.
Your analytics choice
With JavaScript off, this site sends no analytics.
Choosing no analytics after allowing it stops it on this browser at once and clears the analytics cookies this site can reach. For your company’s data, see Trust.
